Add word 'region' to block area demonstration

We have user tested during the sprint regarding the ui-text issue for the block page. We've discovered some problems which exist outside the text.

One problem is familiarising the novice user with the notion of 'regions'.

We recommend adding the word 'Region' to the display of block names.
E.g., "Header Region" instead of "Header" and "Help Region" instead of "Help"

This helps with a few conceptual problems and context problems, (What is help here for?)
