If an user wants to upload his picture to the profile, and if the picture is exceeds the recommended size (in pixels or bytes), the form is reloaded without any alert or message... and nothing is saved -> it is ok.

This seems to have been resolved. When I try to upload an image that exceeds the maximum dimensions, I get "The image was resized to fit within the maximum allowed dimensions of 1200x1200 pixels." as a warning. When I upload an image that exceeds the file size restriction, I get "The specified file image.png could not be uploaded. The file is 13.95 KB exceeding the maximum file size of 1 KB."
