I am having the same issue. I switch to Interlaced (which had been my default layout prior to upgrade) and my left menu completely disappears.

I don't have the right menu issue though, but that may be because I had to switch to a theme that didn't have a right menu to administer my site.

I have tried to view it with AOL's IE browser and Mozilla Firefox with the same results. (Both are the latest versions, not sure of numbers.)

I can't send a screen-shot, sorry, hopefully someone else can. (My graphics program is stuck on my broken computer, lol.)

I hope this gets resolved because this was my favorite theme.
