New voteing mechanisim is not tied into auto dispatch system.

The new voteing system needs to get tied in with auto dispatch. Auto dispatch should be optional as well. Maybe it should also be tied in with hooking or not hooking user points? Does anyone have any feedback on this?

Currently there is a capability to auto dispatch an item after it reaches a certain vote. Additionally users (whether the twitter generated users, or drupal users) can be assigned points which can correlate directly to votes creating a situation where some users can be set up to have there messages auto dispatched (twitter users can only effectively do this with @ messages).

Given this, what would be the point of hooking user points if there was no system for auto dispatching based on votes? I guess you could auto dispatch on user points as well. Also I guess you could add a feature to not display any comms info from users if there given points was below a certain threshold.

I think maybe I just answered my own question.
