Captcha error while using fbconnect

When trying to create a new account using Facebook Connect I get the following error:

* CAPTCHA test failed (unknown csid).
* Your e-mail address and confirmed e-mail address must match.
* Facebook connect registration failed for the reasons listed. You may register now, or if you already have an account you can log in now and link your account

I require a captcha from the captcha module to be filled in on registration (as I imagine others may do too), is there any way to work around this? Should I report this to the captcha module developers as well? I'm not sure if the email related error is related to the captcha one, but thought I would include it anyway, just in case.
