I'm trying to get Advanced Profile to work with my content profile; I have followed the instructions to the teeth and when I go to a user I still get the default profile view. When I look at "Pages" section, I can see the panel that I selected on the User view page and it say's it would work for user/% so I don't see why its not working.

Does anyone have any idea on this and can help me figure out this tiny little issue?

I just spend the weekend with this mod and got it to work pretty quickly. Where I hit snags was with custom stuff, which I also sort of got.

First, did you follow these directions? There are different directions I found this from Michelle to be the best --> http://drupal.org/node/517182

Second, CCK, Authorpane, etc all have to be installed first. Make sure enable is checked in the the "user_view" page on admin/build/pages.

I did follow those instructions; however, I fail to see the word "enabled" when I go to admin/build/pages. I do see the user view and the argument user/%user; I clicked on operations and selected task handler and added panel once inside and then configured it but it still wont show. When I'm in the panel layout section, at the bottom it has a live preview but it doesn't show anything when I put in a user name.
