E-mail to address wont be stored in DB

Hi
In all of my webforms the 'E-mail to address' field wont be stored in the database. Anytime i edit the form, the field is left blank again. I tried to switch off all other modules, still the same.
I checked in the mysql DB, but couldnt finde the field where this entry should be stored in.
MailSending function is otherwise working correctly. Got the same problem localy and on the development server. Couldn't find any issue like that, so i hope someone can come up with usefull tips nevertheless.
