I wrote an article that explains how to include Collaboration Features into your Website by using the Open Source Web Conferencing of OpenMeetings.

I read some articles in the past of people that tried to do it or did ask for help to integrate it into Drupal. It can be easily adopted to use it for a any Website. You should just check if your SOAP-Lib does support Axis2. Otherwise you can use the NuSOAP library that I slightly modified to work (http://openmeetings.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/plugins/moodle_plugin/lib/)

You might also have a look at the Moodle Plugin, there is a ready to run Class that uses a modified Nu-Soap Library to do the Basic Single Sign On Operations:
