Is it possible to get for the users the option when the created a new bookmark where the book mark is opend ?
Should de link be open in current dindow (_self) ore in a new window (_blank).
I would be very easy and usefull for a user if there was this option in a drop down menu if they creat a new bookmark.
I am not a programmer so i can't make this option myself.

I would prefer to let the user control whether or not the bookmarks open in a new window.
However, if someone creates a patch for it as an option, I'll consider it.

I think this would be useful also. Currently I have to instruct my users, who are inherently not web-saavy, how to open links in new windows.

_target is not valid for the XHTML Drupal outputs. I have no plans to support this.
