I've got a Grid with a list of items in it, and I've just realized that three of the 60 items had *no* responses, and those three happen to the be three items in the grid which have an ampersand in the answer name.

I've changed the answers to no longer feature ampersands, but it's an odd bug.

I've fixed this in 3.x as part of #354240: Answers in select fields not accepted if questions contain apostrophe AND the field accepts multiple answers, which could be ported back to 2.x.
