Is there a way to freetag content that existed before freetag?

avskip - September 8, 2009 - 00:33

I recently installed the freetag module and a couple of other related modules so the site visitors can tag their content when created.

What I'm wondering is if there is any auto/semi-auto method of getting freetags applied to the content that existed prior to the freetag module being installed? The only thing I can think of is "one at a time by hand". Is there any other way?

Thanks for any thoughts.

An incomplete list

Hi,
You may use

http://drupal.org/project/views_bulk_operations (if you want to apply a term to a list of nodes --and much more)
http://drupal.org/project/masstag (nearly the same)

http://drupal.org/project/autocategorise (needs reqular expression patch imo)

Experienced solution is
http://drupal.org/project/opencalais

Thank you! I'll look through

Well, that list only adds

Well, that list only adds what you tell it to. Guess it's going to have to be by hand.

Open Calais looks nice, but it's way too general for my very specific niche. I tried some of my site's content and it was just way too general.

Thanks anyway!
