"Go to term page" opens in the space of the term description despite being targeted at _blank

Description
It seems that the Javascript blocks the opening of the "term page" in a new window.
When opening the "term page" from the tree, the page opens in a new window, when clicking on the link in the term details "frame", the term page opens in that same "frame" instead of a new window. Even though the link is marked as target="_blank".
