Remove swfupload plugin from the modules folder using Libraries API

There is a module called Libraries API from the well-known Drupal developer sun. WYSIWYG API uses it for having a separate folder for its numerous editor plugins. For FUpload this would also be useful for accelerating updates and managing of plugins.

Not pressing though, but should be a long term goal.
