Hey Jonathan! Was awesome finally meeting you at Drupalcon. You asked for official Flowplayer module releases, sooooooooooooooooooooooooo here you go. Once a bunch of people are using the actual releases and Flowplayer releases 3.1.4, I'll move it up to 1.0 releases. Yay!
