Description
Told
"In this case, you need to open a support request in the issue queue, offering to become co/maintainer; when the current maintainer replies, and accept your offer, then you apply for a CVS account."
Hope this is correct.

I accept this user as a maintainer via cvs.

Tim,
I can't add you, but I can commit changes if you would like to work together on that. Or if you would like to review a patch I put up a while back that would be great: http://drupal.org/node/245155

Why cant I get CVS access, anarchman, are you an administrator or just someone who can help me?
I really want to take this project over and start developing code but it seems I'm getting no where on this.
Please help! Thanks

Zak,
I have CVS access to HTML Export as a co-maintainer, but I don't have the level of access to give you permissions. btopro has to do that from the module homepage, there should be a cvs edit tab where he can add you.
But if you have a change you want to commit if you can write up a patch and i review it then I can commit it for you.

I have approved zakchamberz's CVS account, and granted him access to the project CVS.
