Description
This is mostly an FYI or feature request since I understand why it's happening (sorta).
Currently, the calendar popup doesn't show a date or time on a date repeat instance of an event. My guess is that it's related to the fact that all events are really a single node (and the dev. figured it's better to show no date than the original date)...but eventually, it should probably reflect the actual instance of the event that's being clicked.

I was running into a similar problem and found that my content type Display Settings --> Basics dictates what repeating dates show up on my calendar. If I was limiting my repeats to show only the next three repeats then these would be all that would show up in the popup when I accessed my calendar. I have not found a way around this. If you have then please share.
I would really like to see an independent Field Display Settings for calendars.
