I am trying to setup my site for multi-language support but cannot find the locale module that is referenced i18n.

I could have sworn to have seen it a few days ago. I am interested in setting up a couple of languages other then english for some friends.

Ok, so I found the install files :)

I have figured out how to translate to other language, but I am having trouble getting 100% translated. I would really like to offer 100% of the languages I have setup. I have many friends living in different countires who would rather see my site in their native tongue.

Any ideas?
