Is there a module with functionality like the Reddit share button, or the Stumble upon 'share this page with friends'

I don't mean a button that links people to all the different social networking sites, like ShareThis, but one that allows users of my website to send a share link to another user of my website. Also the share is not via email, but via an internal message. (Although email notification would be a bonus)

Thanks for responding, but none of those modules really do what I am looking for without modification.
All I am looking to do is flag a node for a particular user. The rest can be done with views.
At present I am thinking of extending the flag module to achieve this.
