Need someone to build me a Drupal travel website

Im new to drupal and havent done too much with it yet. I want to make a new travel related website so I thought that I would come in here and see what someone might charge me to build it. I will give a general outline of the needed features here and will go into furhter details at a later time.

Here is what I want:

It will be a travel website that Will focus on one country in particular for now. At a later date I will extend it to 5-6 countries but for the first year or so I will build it up around just this one country.

The website will offer information and also be a community type website. People can join the website and create personal journals about their travels in this country. They can map where they have been and where they would like to go. They can upload and share photos with other members. They can communicate with each other via a PM system, forums and chat room.

The site will be loaded with information. There will be a map of the country where the guests can click to certain areas. Each area will break down into different information such as: A map, general information about this area, photo gallery of this area, hotel/ guesthouse in this area, local businesses, forum topics about this area, and users who recently talked about this area on their personal journals.

The business directory will be a big aspect of the website. I will be going around and collecting payment to be listed in this directory. It should be sorted by area and also by type (resturant, hotel, dive shop, etc) Each business will have its own page with a complete description that I will fill out including things such as location, contact info, photos, and general informaiton. I will also have the option to personally review each business and offer them a rating. I will not review or rate all businesses but I will for some. I also want to be able to feature some businesses and give them a more prominent position in the directory. Guests should also be able to add a seperate review and rating of all businesses in the directory and add their comments, but they wont be shown unless I aprove them.

The main page will feture the newest travel articles, stories, product reviews, hotel reviews etc that have been added to the website. It should also preview blog entires that users have recently added, and maybe some random photos from users photo gallerys.

Guests should be able to easilly move around between sections of the site and moving from one are of the country should be very painless.

-detailed maps
-Upcomming events
-Holidays
-Travel Tips
-Travel Articles
-Stories
-Product reviews
-Polls
-Pull in rss news feeds
-trasportation timetables
-travel by actvity (beach, adventure, diving, etc)

I should be able to add everything about this country to the website

Eventually when the userbase is build up I am going to add the few surrounding places, so it must be easy for me to add and have expandability in mind.

Can someone please offer some insight as to how much this project might cost and how long it would take to develop? Im just an individual and not rich so if there are certain features that will increase the price a lot then please let me know so I can decide to if I want to keep them or ditch them for now to lower the price.
