Sounds like a generic issue, thus moving to the Transformations issue queue. I'm not sure I understand your request right, though, please explain with a bit more detail.

By example :
*you have a input paramater filename in a pipeline a
*you add this pipeline in another b, who have for another treatment the same parameter filename

Can you link those parameters in the same input parameter?
