Random image block or Freshest image block (image module) link leads to the wrong lightbox gallery

I know that it is the design of lightbox if there is a block with three random images, then clicking on one of them will bring up a lightbox gallery with these three pictures.
The right way should be, that it will bring up the gallery of the clicked picture.

Do am I something wrong or the random/freshest blocks are not usable with lightbox2? (image module)
