Either I imported a list with my Time Warner IP block in it, or I simply can't edit a comment from the node and set it to published as UID 1. Even if my IP is blacklisted, I should be able to do whatever I want as UID 1. It does work to publish an unpublished comment by using the mass operations form at admin/content/comment/approval, so that's kind of strange.

If this is still an issue, please re-open and upgrade version to D7. Drupal 6 is no longer being maintained.
