When using the link "report to mollom" on a comment, the following form should default to reporting as spam, not do nothing, IMO.

Makes sense to me, however we have to be careful that people properly classify their content. It affects the quality of the service. By defaulting to 'none', people might be more 'right'.

Agree we have to be careful with the default. Maybe we could expose an option 'default report level'. Marking as postponed for now.

Due to #717212: Remove "report to Mollom" links and integrate with entity delete confirmation forms instead, this no longer makes sense to do, as it affects all delete confirmation forms.
