Issue Summary
Guess I didn't follow protocol when requesting a CVS account.
Let's try it the right way.
I am publicly requesting co-maintainer status of the 7.x release of the quotes module for cvs access as discussed through email.

I tried to add you but the system didn't recognize "ctmattice1" as a CVS account. If you don't have one, here's how: Apply for contributions CVS access. I will gladly grant you access as soon as I can.
You might reference this node when you apply.
