don't ping FB when saving unpublished blog post

Issue Summary

I am saving an unpublished blog post in FB 6.x-1.0-beta4 in Drupal 6.13, and I get an error in the log that FB failed to ping FB. The error isn't the issue (my web site is firewalled), but it's just inefficient to ping FB in this scenario.
