How can you bulk generate coupons and then assign them to a user.
I want to give a $5 off coupon towards their next purchase to anyone who buys a certain product.

This isn't yet possible, though a submodule to allow purchasing of new coupon codes is currently under development. It should be possible to extend it in the future to add a user to an existing coupon. Postponed for now until I find time to work on it or someone provides a patch.
