Width in areas user

After days of useless attempts, considered that I don't have anymore by now ideas of as to resolve the problem, I ask you a small help. How do I do to modify the areas user 1/2/3...8?
If I remove this value the structure it is uncontrollable, if I modify the value they reduce him toward the center the various areas...

I have also tried to insert the values in the personalized blocks but nothing to do
What I should realize must have this structure: user1 40% user2 20% user3 20% user4 20% As and where must I make the changes?
