I see the same behavior, but I'm not aware of what Subscriptions could do (or not do) to cause or avoid that effect.

I don't think it's an issue worth pursuing either, but if anyone has some insight, then let's hear it...

drupal/user/1/track/navigation also hidden "Edit" tab. It bug or feature drupal.
