Only include jscript files when simplemenu should display

Hi, I've found that enabling this module can break certain javascript behaviors around the site. I tried excluding it from certain paths, but the scripts were still being included.

Specifically, it broke the ICME image browser, so i had to retheme it to stop the jscript files from being included.
