Mimemail 1.0 changes the way it deals with headers, update epublish_email to correctly set from with newer mimemail.

Allow for theming of emails. If you add a mimemail-message--epublish.tpl.php to your theme that will be used as a base email template
Use the Dateline for the email subject instead of the autogenerated edition number
