Issue Summary
Hi,
Using Drupal 5.12
Ecommerce
Linkpoint
USPS & UPS
I hope this is the right place to post this... I just got an email from someone overseas that was unable to order a shirt due to this error:
Missing/Illegal ShipTo/Address/CountryCode (Hard error 110208)
I used to get a lot of orders form across the pond but, since I switched to Drupal and the ecommerce module I not received a single one. Finally, someone sent me an email alerting me about this problem.
The site in question is:
http://www.rock-band-t-shirts.com/
Any advise would be much appreciated and thanks,
Ralph

Hej Ralph:
Check if you have set a store default address. Also verify that you have enabled a UPS service that covers the order (origin-destination).
There is a debug mode at UPS where you can get some help finding out the problem. Be advice that the UPS module sends a request for every service enable, this means that you will get some errors from UPS (for example, if you have enabled international shipping services and you are trying to estimate a local sale), therefore this is not a mistake, once you turn off the debug mode you will not see these errors, and you will just get the estimation for the services that apply for that order.
