Add yoruba language to l.d.o

Description

Please add Yoruba language to localize.drupal.org. This is a language spoken in major parts of Nigeria and west Africa. I think the RF 4646 is "yo".

Is there anybody else but you to help out in these efforts? Running up as a single person even to translate Drupal core is a huge task.
