I notice that the standard citation output of the "Classic" style includes a couple classes that are not part of the output of the "Vancouver" style. In particular, the "Classic" style will output the results with the authors surrounded by a span with a class="biblio-author" and the title surrounded by a span with a class="biblio-title". These additional classes are very helpful when theming the biblio output. And it would be ideal if the same set of classes were used in each style so that any custom theming someone did would be carried over from one style to another.
I assume that the "Classic" style is the model that all other styles should follow in this regard. So if I were to try to edit the Vancouver style file myself, then I should try to make it output the same styles that appear in the Classic style. Is that right?
Phil.

rjerome commentedI could/should add those to the other styles. They weren't omitted deliberately, rather it was just an oversight.
