Looking for a rough estimate on a custom module to track awards/recognitions for members of a non-prof group.

each recognition needs to be have a value assessed to it, and then weighted by date for the purposes of determining hierarchy when award values equal. (ie X receives award A before Y, therefore X outranks Y).

would prefer if awards would be added to a given person via simple check box. dates of awarding needs to be editable.

Needs to be able to display lists alphabetically, by ranking, and by individual award.

Think this could be a matter of Views, CCK and ConTemp, rather than a custom module per se, but lack the skills to pull it all together.

Not looking for an percise quote at this time, waiting till we are sure we have exactly what we want detailed out in a legible coherent fashion.. but would like to see if anyone can ballpark a range based of the above minimum needs..
