"Chat with [username]" snippet on profile

Issue Summary

Hi. Is there a code snippet that will allow me to add a "Chat with user" link in user-profile.tpl.php so that when clicked it will open up the appropriate chat box? Not a problem about the user needing to be logged in as I can modify it to only show if the user is online.

Thanks for a brilliant service.
