Thanks for contributing this translation. I'd like to include a complete Spanish translation with the Unique Field module when it's ready.
In the latest development version (dated 2010-January-20 or later), I updated several interface strings to ensure that all can be translated. There is also now an up-to-date translation template in the installation package. If you're able to update the Spanish translation, I'd be happy to include it in an upcoming release.
