ASCII art CAPTCHA does not tell user to respect upper/lower case if so configured

Issue Summary

It always says just "Enter the code depicted in ASCII art style". Since I am using a combination of upper and lower case, I had to modify ascii_art_captcha.module to display "Enter the code depicted in ASCII art style (respecting upper/lower case)."
