Revamp uprofile.inc

This is a master issue to pull together:
#565646: Break up uprofile import file
#536164: Replace contact / links fieldgroups
#527080: User Profile filed Should be Update to avoid Location Module Conflict

The goals are these:

• Remove the location field to avoid conflicts
• Consider replacing SN link fields with something not so hardcoded
• Evaluate all fields to make sure they still make sense and see if any need to be added
• Break up each group into individual fields for smaller imports but also keep master file
