I'm receiving this "Redirect Loop" error and in the URL window it comes up with "http://mysite.com/duplicate/denied/ip. I search Drupal and it appears this error my be attached to this module. I've been using SPAM for a while and recently made some adjustments to the Threshold limit and now I can not access my site.
Is there any way to fix this or get around this? I'm not a coder, so any detailed help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, I figured out it was the SPAM module. I went into my database, then into the "system" table and found the "duplicate" module entry. I then changed the status from 1 to 0 and I was able to log back into my site.
My issue is closed, but it took a number of hours and research to figure this. Perhaps a mention of this on the documentation page would be a help.
