I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this issue but here it is.

I've installed linktocontent-fckeditor-6.x-2.x-dev.zip from http://drupal.fckeditor.net/linktocontent.patch

LinkToContent links are absolute (start with /) so they work anywhere in a site.

LinkToMenu links are relative (don't start with /), so they're relative to the current 'folder' - they don't work. Additionally there isn't a URL field in the popup window link (there is for LinkToContent) so you have to edit the source to fix them.

This component will be rewritten for CKEditor and this issue will be addressed then, hopefully. It will not be fixed for FCKeditor.
