I've dropped a
dsm('uc_discount_price_handler_alter.');
into uc_discount_price_handler_alter() and for the life of me I can't find when this function is actually getting called.
None of my discounts are applying.

I think this was the same problem I had on another issue -- not using latest version of UC.
