"Terms to import" textbox showing when not needed

If "local or distant file" is selected for "Where are items to import?" and an import is done, and then the import page is later revisited, the "local or distant file" option is "remembered" and the "CSV file or url" box is displayed, but the "Terms to import" textbox is also displayed. The "Terms to import" textbox should not be displayed under these circumstances. This is a minor problem, but it is unnecessary and confusing.
