Facebook login redirect

I've encountered this bug : http://drupal.org/node/575802
Then I've modify the application's access rule by cheking "Only logged in" users.
Now everytime I try to visite the websit (www.example.com) it redirects me on the facebook login page, if I'm not logged in Facebook.
Isn't it suppose to only concern the application's visits ?
