Toolbar should say "Log out" rather than "Logout"

Gábor at http://drupal.org/node/484860#comment-1875090 noticed that there is a discrepancy between the toolbar (which has a link called "Logout") and other parts of the Drupal interface (in particular, the main user block, which has a link called "Log out").

As a former editor, I am embarrassed that I stared at that toolbar for however many weeks without noticing this before :)
