[HELP] Tokens not working

I am using the Tokens module and for some reason the token simply doesn't work. When I view the page with my account the token is replaced by whatever should be there, but when I view the page from any other account (or anonymous) the original text [token] shows up... I looked in permissions and there are no permissions for the module...

EDIT: I dunno what happened now they don't even work for my admin account. (I had logged out and back I think).
