Existing time based stats are not formatted properly node form

When one creates a time based trackfield_stats field (eg. 'time') that value can be manually entered in the hh:mm:ss format.

However, when one edits a node with manually entered field of this type the raw seconds value is presented instead of formatted hh:mm:ss.
