Sorry to keep bombarding you with issues today.
Is there any way i can limit the cdn2 uploads to 30 seconds?
if not then i'll limit the playing to 30 seconds, but that's not really ideal.

No worries on the issues :)
We don't have a means of restricting video length. it's technically impossible for us to determine the length of a video until the video is uploaded. We're looking at alternatives to the standard form upload (such as a flash/flex upload plugin) which might facilitate more client-side features. We'll keep you posted when this functionality is available.
