Release notes

This fixes, definitively, the Upsell array "was updated" error message that was pervaisive in 6.x-1.16 and 6.x-1.18. Upgrading is recommended!

This also removes the "Multibuy" functionality in lieu of putting it in this version - I'm going to include that in version 2.x, since that is a major feature shift.
