How can the admin or moderator change the flag of a submission? here are some justifications to do so:
- some flags are simply wrongly identified maybe because of some server location of the Internet provider.
- some comments need to be repositions, hence they need to be re-entered by the admin and the original flag of the poster need to be re-entered.
If it needs to be changed in mySQL, please provide the db name, field names and any other information possible.

the flag is depending to visitor IP. Admin can not change the flag of submission.

We should be able to change the IP address of the visitor in the DB perhaps? or be provided with an admin option to change the country with a drop-down list (which will change the ip of that record).
just an idea to think about in the next version perhaps?
