hello every one
i am new to CMS and drupal so before start learning i want to clear somethings
i have created a project using PHP/mysql. the project is for some business organization which also includes accounting system and a custom database.
so i want to know that from where to start that

how can i create and post my own forms to my own database?
or i need to add my tables into drupal default databse?

till now i have learned some basics of drupal like installation, content creation and user management etc
